From our inception, in 1958, as a two person partnership,
SchenkelShultz has grown to a nationwide corporation
celebrating our 50th anniversary in the architectural
business. Founded in Fort Wayne, Indiana, we have expanded
our focus from residential design to the aviation,
education, justice and commercial markets. With eleven
offices located in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Indiana;
Raleigh, North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia and Orlando,
Tampa, Sarasota, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, Fort Myers
and Naples, Florida, we are consistently ranked as one of
the top design firms by Engineering News Record.
Our focus is on architecture, but our passion expands beyond
excellent design. SchenkelShultz believes in doing the right
thing, evolving with current market trends, creating
sustainable environments and building positive and
successful relationships with our clients, employees and
communities.
It is important at SchenkelShultz that we offer the best
solutions to our clients. Therefore, we work to build
alliances that combine strengths and talents to take our
business to the next level. In July of 2005, after
identifying many shared values and philosophies,
SchenkelShultz and
CSO Architects
announced a “national strategic alliance with a focus on an
Indiana merger and the consolidation of our Indianapolis
offices.”
In addition, in the spring of 2006, SchenkelShultz and KSGW
Architects in Atlanta, GA, formed a regional strategic
alliance. By combining the
seasoned design professional of KSGW and SchenkelShultz into
a single collaborative group, we expand our geographic reach
and are able to offer clients throughout the Southeast much
greater depth in specialized expertise, knowledge and
experience.
These alliances support the firm’s core mission of growth
through strategically based relationships.
