Project Manager/Project Architect

The highly qualified candidates we seek are bright, articulate, future leaders who function proactively with drive and persistence in a focused environment that blends creativity with an entrepreneurial spirit.  Candidates must exhibit professionalism, credibility, a highly independent (yet collaborative) degree of ownership, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with many different constituents. The right individual will be able to demonstrate their proven success in positions that required increasing responsibility and growth.

 

Candidates must have eight to fifteen years of successful experience and be a licensed Architect, with a minimum of five of these years in a project management role.  Prior experience work in; education, aviation, or other community related project types desired. Ability to take minimal direction and efficiently use 3D software to implement the early design phase, and utilize Revit to advance the development of the design and documentation. Photoshop, InDesign, and graphic skills are highly preferred to communicate design/technical concepts to all parties involved. Simple, creative, and effective use of other advanced technologies highly encouraged.

Construction Administrator

The highly qualified candidate we seek is a bright, organized, solutions-oriented leader who can function proactively with drive and persistence. Candidates must exhibit professionalism; the ability to successfully influence multiple issues at one time; credibility; a sense of ownership; facilitation & negotiation skills; and a strong ability to communicate effectively with many different constituents. The right individual will be assertive in a pleasing way and will be able to demonstrate a proven success in positions that required increasing responsibility & growth.

 

Candidates must demonstrate minimum of five years of field experience in; construction project management and/or engineering for projects in range of $1 – 50 million. Architecture degree a plus. Prefer candidate to have; experience in public and private sector Florida based educational and/or commercial projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, required including other industry software strongly desired. Regular travel to projects sites required.

Architectural Intern

Seeking an energetic Architectural Intern with a professional degree from an accredited university who have started the IDP process to become licensed. Candidate must be proficient in MS Office, other project software and demonstrate strong REVIT expertise, have 2 to 5 years of experience following graduation and will be expected to perform various architectural design services on multi-discipline building design projects of moderate to large scope. This position works under close supervision of a PA/PM. Receives specific and detailed instructions regarding tasks. Performs work efforts in a timely and complete manner and understands his/her capabilities and when to seek help from mentors. Has skills in performing renderings and other design type functions. Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organizational, conceptual design, and good oral and written communication skills. Candidates should also possess a positive attitude, an outstanding work ethic and be team-oriented.
