New High School Campus to be Net Zero Ready

The School District of Osceola County and SchenkelShultz’s commitment to high performance, energy efficient schools is going to be a game changer for the state of Florida. 
 
High School AAA is poised to be first full high school campus in Florida to be Net Zero Ready. Through a focus on high performance design innovations, including minimizing the energy use intensity (EUI), a building envelope with a maximum air infiltration of 0.20 CFM/SF and a highly efficient mechanical system. The campus will also be designed for future connections to photovoltaic panels, further offsetting its energy consumption.
