The Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation is one of Central Florida’s oldest philanthropic organizations.  Located in the heart of historic downtown Winter Park for more than 50 years, the Foundation has embarked on a plan to update their image with a modern new headquarters that pays homage to the organization’s history, and celebrates its vibrant vision for the future.

The project program consists largely of office-related functions in conjunction with two tenant suites located on the ground and second floors. The building also includes public ‘incubator’ spaces for local institutions such as the University of Central Florida, Rollins College, Valencia College and the Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival. The notion of these shared spaces is to inspire the community through service and philanthropy, and to set a precedent as a ‘good neighbor’. By envisioning a building that extends beyond its lot lines, the Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation seeks to relay a message of longevity and profound commitment to the betterment of Winter Park and beyond to the greater Central Florida community.
