Lenovo, an innovative, international technology company selected the Morrisville/Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina for its North American Headquarters. The first phase of their new office park included two 5-story, 186,000 SF buildings. The fifth floor of each has a two-story executive loft located above the primary building entry, which offers an enhanced sense of light and space and is one of the sustainable design elements.
