The new 120,000 SF office building in the Research Triangle Park includes a 4-level parking deck, central utility plant, auditorium, and data center. The entrance to the building is marked by a wide metal-panel canopy and vertical element to create a sense of arrival. The LEED® Gold certified project was designed using sensitive site design and landscaping, as well as building energy efficiency, use of recycled materials and recycled content, and construction waste management plan.
