UF Heavener Hall School of Business

Gainesville, FL

University of Florida

SchenkelShultz, in association with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, designed the recently completed University of Florida School of Business Building (Heavener Hall). The new 54,600 SF building is prominently located at the ceremonial gateway to campus near the corner of University Avenue and 13th Street.  Heavener Hall serves as the home for undergraduate students in the Warrington College of Business Administration and includes classrooms, study rooms, academic advisement areas, a student café and faculty offices. A unique element of the Heavener Hall is the Student Commons, a centralized area on the first floor of the building, which is designed to foster opportunities for collaborative, as well as independent learning.
